After our absinthe encounter on the way out of town we visited the Opinel Knife museum, managed to get myself a limited edition Tour De France engraved Opinel..I had it shoved down my shirt for the rest of the ride over the Galibier but it was worth it...note to self from that day ..take a musette ..
